Course Testimonials

“Mandy and Lulu — thank you for such a well‑presented course. The calm and relaxed way of going through the basics and getting one through your internal exam… what a privilege to be part of this amazing course.”

“This course changes you for the good. It lit such a fire of interest and passion in me, and it was purely because the course instructors were so passionate about what they do. This is a soft and deep course, and it was presented with softness and great care. The pre-course work was a lot, and it's good because it enables you to be open and listen on the practical weekend, cause suddenly you're not so stressed about having to learn and remember everything!

This was the first course were I walked away feeling enabled, passionate and tired at the same time (usually it's just exhausted, feeling incompetent and demotivated). I started listening to podcasts from Australian and American female pelvic health physios, and it was so nice to sit there and think "yep, Lulu already said that" or "Mandy used that same words" or even "my course explained it so much better". I feel like this course puts you on an international level, purely because the course coordinators are operating on such a high level and constantly expanding and growing themselves. This was the best course EVER”

“I really found this to be a pleasant experience from the get go. One thing that I really appreciated was the level of communication - from the time of signing up to the follow up thereafter. The WhatsApp group prompts prior to the in person portion was genius. It broke the ice ahead of time! It also created a safe sharing space beyond the course.
I also loved how there were no screens or powerpoint presentations. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a good presentation but the no screens really made you feel present?

Lulu was also so engaging, which kept you active in the content. The models of the pelvis etc. and the printed manual were enough to jot down notes.
I can only imagine that most people have a level of anxiety coming into this course and what I can say is that the online content was pivotal for me in "desensitizing" in a way? Normalising is perhaps a better word? After tussling with the content for the weeks ahead of the in person meeting, it was a lot easier - I think - to then comfortably engage with the practical side of things.
It was obvious to see the time and effort that the facilitators put in and the level of expertise. It gives one hope to see where you can be eventually! Thank you for holding the space for us all and creating an environment of fun and safe learning.
My recommendations would be consume the online content as if there were going to be an exam! I found it so helpful as the in person content built on it.
I'm keen to continue on this journey and look forward to the advanced module.”

“I wont lie, this course was initially super overwhelming, especially when going through the online content however attending the practical course just brought everything together and everything just made so much more sense. Also super incredible to learn how much of a role we as Physio's can have when it comes to the Pelvic Floor.  Such an amazing course and honestly so informative. We also had the best ladies teaching us (shoutout to Mandy, Kim & Lulu )”

Caitlin

“The way that the course is run allows for an easy and confident progression in understanding and skills over the 2 days. The smaller group setting in which the course is run also allows for a more intimate learning experience which was super comforting and helpful.”
